Welcome to the ME3 Military Exchange Electronics Expo Webinar Registration website.  The Webinar will be held August 17-20, 2020 online via Adobe Connect Webinar platform.  

The ME3 Military Exchange Electronics Expo Webinar is designed to promote product knowledge and provide quality training to AAFES, NEX, MCX, & CGX Exchange Associates. In lieu of an in-person conference for 2020, Exchanges from all 4 sister services throughout CONUS & OCONUS will participate in a Webinar which they will view from their home Exchange.
 
The conference is 100% vendor sponsored.
 
This Conference will focus on the product knowledge our associates need to assist customers with confidence.
 
Associates will attend either the 1st or 2nd session each day for 4 consecutive days.  PLEASE SEE FULL AGENDA.
 
1st Session will be held from 7:00 AM - 11:35 AM Central Time for Europe and Eastern geographical Exchanges.
 
2nd Session will be held from 12:00 PM - 4:35 PM Central Time for Central and Western geographical Exchanges.
 
Each session will feature vendor presentations one after the other.
 
Monday will feature AAFES, Navy, Marines and Coast Guard Buyer sessions followed by Appliance Vendor presentations.
 
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday will feature Electronics Vendor presentations.
 
All sessions are mandatory. ALL TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGES. 
 
PACIFIC EXCHANGES:
Pacific Exchanges will view recordings of the presentations between August 18-26 off line and AAFES, NEXCOM & MCX stores will participate in 1 hour Q&A Live Webinar sessions with their respective buyers on Aug 17, 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Central Time. 
Pacific NEXCOM Exchanges ONLY will also participate in additional 1 hour Q&A Live Webinar sessions with their buyers on Aug 18, 19 & 20 from 5:00 - 6:00 PM Central Time each day.
ALL TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGES.

RESERVE YOUR STORE CONFERENCE ROOM for this Webinar for the dates & times assigned to your Store.

Any Vendor videos will be pushed out to the stores to download in advance the week PRIOR to the Webinar.  We will need the Conference room's PC IP address in order to pre-download vendor videos in advance.
