Update on COVID-19 Coronavirus

In advance of the DIR Connect Technology Expo, we would like to reiterate how much we care about the global critical communications ecosystem and the health of our attendees. We thank you for supporting us and the rest of the community.

We are aware this is a very fluid situation and we are committed to keeping the community regularly updated. DIR Connect has been scheduled for Thursday, May 19, 2022. We’ll continue to keep you updated as changes occur. Thanks for your understanding as we manage the situation.

Based on the strict U.S. quarantine around COVID-19 and a large number of enhanced on-site measures, we are confident we can execute a safe and successful event for our community. Locally, the Texas Department of State Health Services and the Palmer Event Center support the convening of public events.

To provide attendees with a safe and productive learning and networking environment at DIR Connect, DIR is closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation for potential impacts on our event attendees. We will be providing hand sanitizer to all attendees and at each booth in the expo hall; Palmer Events Center does have extra hand sanitizer throughout the facility. We will also continue to follow the latest CDC and WHO guidance. In addition, we are actively monitoring updates from the U.S. State Department regarding travel restrictions and other guidance related to COVID-19. We're hoping for a resolution of this difficult situation as soon as practical.
