Welcome to the Exchange Military Clothing Store Summit Registration website. The Summit will be held 9-11 March 2026 at the Exchange Headquarters in Dallas, Texas and attendees will be housed at the Courtyard by Marriott Arlington South hotel 15 miles from HQ.

The Exchange Worldwide Military Clothing Store Summit will feature training sessions on policy, procedures, guidance and execution. The conference will be attended by Exchange MCS Managers from stores throughout the CONUS, EUROPE and PACIFIC Regions.

 

Information provided is intended for MCS Managers who will go back to their respective Exchanges and train their team members.  Hotel rooms and presentation space are very limited so we request that each region work within their allocated number of associate slots.

 

Associates will spend each day in training. All sessions are mandatory.

The deadline to register to attend and complete a travel request is 1 February 2026.    

 

Budget constraints and presentation space limit the number of people who can attend the conference. Please adhere to the total number of allocated attendees listed on the Store Allocation chart for each Region.
