AIRPORT & HOTEL GROUND TRANSPORTATION
Airport Information
Depending on attendees' flight arrival times, Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) airport ground transportation to the hotel will be arranged through an airport shuttle service or will be on your own using Uber/Lyft/Taxi service. Attendees arriving into Dallas Love Field (DAL) Airport will be on your own using Uber/Lyft/Taxi service.
More information will be emailed to attendees 1-2 weeks before the seminar regarding airport arrival ground transportation.
Return transportation to DFW airport will be scheduled for all attendees as a group on a bus on the morning of Thursday, 12 March 2026. Attendees should book flights to depart at 1200 (noon) or earlier. Attendees departing from Dallas Love Field (DAL) Airport will be on their own to to get to the airport.

Parking is complimentary for all attendees at the hotel.

DAILY TRANSPORTATION FROM HOTEL TO EXCHANGE HQ
Hotel to/from Exchange HQ Transportation
Attendees who drive from their base locations will need to drive from the hotel to Exchange HQ and return each day for meetings. Complimentary parking will be available at HQ. Attendees will park in designated areas.
Driving Directions: map to HQ
Group bus transportation to/from Exchange HQ each day for meetings will be available for all attendees who fly to Dallas. The bus will depart the hotel at 7:00 on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The bus will depart Exchange HQ at approximately 16:30-16:45 each day to the hotel.
Attendees who fly to Dallas should not rent a car as transportation is provided.
