We cordially invite you to participate in the Vendor portion of the Military Exchange Electronics Expo (ME3) Conference to be held 24-27 August 2026 at the Hilton Omaha hotel & Omaha Convention Center in Omaha, NE. The vendor participation portion of the conference will be in 4 parts – Classroom training sessions for 1 hour (Tuesday & Wednesday), 30 min (Tuesday & Wednesday) and Exhibit Booth product demonstrations (Thursday). You have been invited to apply for either a classroom training session OR an exhibit booth. Please see the complete Vendor Invitation list for which category you are invited to attend.

This conference will focus on the Exchange’s corporate strategies for 2026-2027 and promote knowledge of our vendor partners’ product assortments. The conference will be attended by 225+ Electronics Department Managers/Supervisors from AAFES & MCX services from throughout the United States, Europe and Pacific, as well as corporate executives and senior buyers.

Please review the VENDOR REGISTRATION information below and a click the button link to register above. Early registrations are encouraged, as classroom and exhibit booth placements will be based on 1st come, 1st assigned. Deadline for registrations:  30 June 2026, however space may sell out before this date.

Your agreement to participate in this event will become part of your current retail agreement with the Exchanges and allows you to demonstrate your products and provide training to Exchange managers. In return, the Exchanges will provide the logistical support outlined in this letter. Your payment will be used by the Exchanges to provide that support, as well as help the Exchanges offset the cost of this event. Your participation is strictly voluntary and will not impact current or future business opportunities with the Exchanges.

 training session package - 1 HOUR - max 10 vendors

This is an opportunity to conduct 1 hour training classes on your products that are currently in the Exchange stock assortment on Tuesday & Wednesday, 25-26 August. There is a maximum of (10) 1 hour packages available.

 
All 225+ Exchange electronics store associates from AAFES & MCX will attend each presentation through rotation groups. Your presentation will be
repeated up to 16 times in order to present to all the groups. Half the group will visit Tuesday and the other half will visit Wednesday.

Set Up                                   

  • Monday, 24 August 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.

Classes Open                  

  • Tuesday, 25 August 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
  • Gaming Night - Tuesday 25 August 6:30 - 8:30 PM.
  • Wednesday, 26 August 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM.

Tear Down  

  • Wednesday, 26 August 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
  • Freight may be picked up on Thursday morning but everything must be dismantled on Wednesday evening.

Training Packages include:

  • A private meeting room for your exclusive presentation on your industry/merchandise category selling information and exhibition of your products to the Exchange electronics associates. 
  • Registration and meals for up to four (4) individuals including breakfast & lunch on Tuesday & Wednesday.
  • 1 WiFi connection for 1 device (you may purchase more if needed).
  • Tables for presenter’s displays, 1 extension cord with powerstrip & tables/chairs for classroom seating.
**Note: Training packages do NOT include booths in the Expo nor AV equipment in the training room. Discounted AV equipment rental pricing will be available in July.

COST:  $27,600 Per 1 hour Presenter Package

This is an opportunity to conduct 30 min training classes on your products that are currently in the Exchange stock assortment. 30 min vendors will be on Tuesday & Wednesday, 25-26 August..

There is a maximum of (22) 30 min packages available.


All 225+ Exchange electronics store associates from AAFES & MCX will attend each presentation through rotation groups. Your presentation will be repeated up to 32 times in order to present to all the groups.

10 MIN exhibit BOOTH PACKAGEs 

This is an opportunity to be an Exhibitor. As an Exhibitor you will conduct product demonstrations and presentations for your products during the conference on Thursday, 27 August for 10 minutes in a 10x10' Exhibit Booth.

All 225+ Exchange electronics associates from AAFES & MCX will visit booth through rotations in small groups on a timed schedule. 

**A maximum of 60 EXPO Booths are available**

10 MINUTE EXHIBIT BOOTH PACKAGE includes:

  • Size is 10’x10’ pipe & draped space (8’) high Back drape, (8’) high side rails).
  • (8) plastic-contour chairs, (1) 6’ skirted table, (1) wastebasket -- this is in order to provide seating Exchange Teams to sit during presentations. 
  • A two-line sign showing Exhibitor’s company name and booth number.
  • (1) 5 AMP power connection.
  • 1 WiFi connection for 1 device (you may purchase more if needed)
  • Company name listed in the attendee materials.
  • Registration and meals for up to two (2) individuals including breakfast & lunch on Thursday.
  • Exchange electronics managers from all 4 branches of service will attend your booth for a 10 minute visit in small groups during the Expo booth rotations according to an assigned schedule.
COST:  $4,650 for each 10 minute Expo Booth

BOOTH LOCATION ASSIGNMENTS

Booth locations will be assigned on a first come, first served basis by the ME3 Conference. Please include any requests to be located next to other specific vendors on the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS section of the registration form. 

ADDITIONAL AV or Display EQUIPMENT

If you require additional AV or display equipment for your Presenter package or Expo booth(s), this can be ordered through the official EXPO service contractor for an additional fee. Detailed order forms and information will be provided in your Exhibitor Services Kit including but not limited to additional rules and regulations, official service contractor order forms, shipping, warehousing, and drayage, AudioVisual, utilities, and building services, setting up and dismantling, etc.

SHARED Vendor Packages

You are permitted to share any of the packages offered. However, space for presenter companies will be limited to single companies only per presenter until June 25. After that time, the option for companies to share a presenter class will be permitted pending space availability.

No more than two (2) companies may share a booth and no more than 3 companies may share a presenter, without advance approval. When sharing a package, please annotate which companies will be included and how payment will be divided. If each company requires a separate invoice, please register each as a separate booth and email erin@xcelevents.us to request the appropriate booth size.

All companies participating as vendors, whether in a shared capacity or on their own, must be pre-approved for participation by the assigned Exchange Buyer. See the Vendor Invitation List for pre-approval.
