GAME NIGHT - TUESDAY AUGUST 25, 2026
The Exchanges would like to have a fun GAMING NIGHT to include food and games on Tuesday evening, 25 August 6-7:30 PM with all of the vendor presenters, so that the attendees can mingle with the vendors after the presentations are completed on Tuesday, and to have some interactive time playing video games and/or experiencing the products you all are showcasing during your presentations.
We are asking Vendor Presenters to participate in this OPTIONAL evening event which we are scheduling for immediately after the class presentations are finished on Tuesday. We are asking for vendors to keep their presentation rooms open and to have video games, TVs, and other products for attendees to have hands on fun time experiencing. We are encouraging all vendors to participate and we look forward to having some fun networking time with you all!
Attendees will be able to flow from one vendor room to the next to experience the products, play video games and network with vendors at their leisure. We will have appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages for everyone (vendors and attendees) in the foyer space right by the vendor meeting rooms.
There is NO ADDITIONAL COST to vendors to participate - we just ask that you confirm you will be present at your presentation room during the event to assist attendees with your equipment.
Vendors will be asked to confirm participation on the online registration form.
