Reminder - Vendors must limit display product to current Exchange authorized stock assortment or 2026 Exchange promotions only. "Full line" catalogs should not be distributed. Please do not show, demonstrate or even discuss any product that is not currently in the approved stock assortment. Please do not bring products or pictures or ask for opinions of products that are not in the approved stock assortment. Failure to abide by this mandate could seriously affect future business with the Exchange. If you have any questions regarding specific products, please contact your Exchange buyer directly for approval.

Vendor partners MAY NOT HANDOUT ANY gifts, door prizes, gratuities OF ANY KIND. This INCLUDES any and all small promotional/nominal value items such as key chain, hats, t-shirts, pens, bags, mouse pads, etc. Please do not ship or bring these items to the Express Seminar as the Exchange has specifically requested that such items not be distributed at this seminar to their associates. EXCEPTION:  Flash drives, CDs or paper handouts with information material about the vendors products may be distributed.

Distributing single, sample-size serving product samples of consumable items (ie. beverages, small snack packages, etc.) are approved as that is part of the Express Seminar's purpose to review product samples.  Please limit quantities to not more than 1 serving per person.  Alcohol samples must be 2 oz or less.  We anticipate approximately 250 attendees.

Vendors who do bring giveaway items will not be allowed to distribute them – it will be a waste of vendor’s money to ship these items plus vendors will still be responsible for the handling fees from the exhibit services company for handling the shipments into the show.

Vendor partners must not pay for ANY extracurricular activities for Exchange Associates inside/outside the seminar (i.e. no buying drinks for Exchange employees or taking them out for dinner, etc.).

We highly encourage vendors to ship in only samples necessary to their presentations in their exhibit booths.
