The Rosen Centre Hotel has been selected as the host hotel for the Express Seminar. Each individual vendor is responsible for making their own hotel reservations— hotel stays are not included in the exhibitor package.
The Rosen Centre Hotel is offering vendors a special rate of $229/night plus tax (single occupancy) for all vendors participating.
Cancellation policy is 120 hours (5 days) prior to date of arrival.
This room rate is subject to availability until DEADLINE FRIDAY, 17 APRIL 2026, but Can SELL OUT at any time even before the deadline. Please book reservations early.
$15/day Self parking discounted parking rates are available for overnight hotel guests only attending the Express Seminar. Prices are higher for those staying at alternate hotels.

The Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando Hotel is an ALTERNATE HOTEL approximately 1 mile from the Rosen Centre where the Express Seminar is held. Each individual vendor is responsible for making their own hotel reservations— hotel stays are not included in the exhibitor package.
The Rosen Inn Hotel is offering vendors a special rate of $125/night plus tax (single/double occupancy) for all vendors participating. $10/night per additional person for each additional adult sharing a room. No Resort Fee.
Cancellation policy is 72 hours (3 days) prior to date of arrival.
This room rate is subject to availability until DEADLINE FRIDAY, 17 APRIL 2026, but can sell out at any time even before the deadline. Please book reservations early.
Complimentary self parking is available for hotel guests only attending the Express Seminar. Shuttle Service is NOT provided to the Rosen Centre.
